Colabs Consultoria Ltda. ("We") built the Arivo CRM website at arivo.com.br and related apps (collectively termed "the Service", "our Service", or "this Service") as a commercial software system. This Service is provided by Colabs Consultoria Ltda and is intended for use as is.
This part of the Arivo CRM support web page is used to inform Arivo CRM users regarding our policies on how Arivo CRM accesses, uses, stores, or shares user data.
When you use the Service you may provide, and we may collect Personal Data. Examples of Personal Data include name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and credit card or other billing information. Personal Data also includes other information, such as geographic area or preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. You may provide us with Personal Data in various ways on the Service. For example, when you register for an Account, use the Service, post Client Data, interact with other users of the Service through communication or messaging capabilities, or send us customer service-related requests.
We use Personal Data to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to respond to comments and questions, to provide support to users of the Service, administrative and operational communication and billing.
When you register as a new User through our website or app you create a new Group Account, unless you are registering as a new User through invitation by another existing User. Group Account Customer Data is composed of data submitted by its users to our Service, such as contacts, companies, deals, tasks, products, and files.
We only process Customer Data as per our Customer's instructions. We do not own, control or direct the use of Customer Data, and in fact we are largely unaware of what information is being stored on our platform and only access such information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service (including to respond to support requests), as otherwise authorized by Customers or as required by law.
Users that belong to the same Group Account might have access to its Customer Data, depending on that Group Account access configurations. Users with an Administrator Role are responsible for User invitation, revoking access and setting access configurations in their Group Account.
When a User or Visitor uses the Service, we may automatically record certain information from the User’s or Visitor’s device by using various types of technology, including cookies, “clear gifs" or related technologies. This “automatically collected" information may include IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites visited just before or just after using the Service, the pages or other content the User or Visitor views or interacts with on the Service, and the dates and times of the visit, access, or use of the Service. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding a Visitor or User’s interaction with email messages, such as whether the Visitor or User opens, clicks on, or forwards a message. This information is gathered from all Users and Visitors.
We use this information to: (i) personalize our Service, such as remembering a User’s or Visitor’s information so that the User or Visitor will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (ii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iii) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Service and third-party marketing activities; (iv) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Service.
If you choose to use or connect to third-party integrations (e.g., Google Apps, RD Station Marketing) through the Service, or if you are required or permitted to do so by a Customer, such third parties may allow us to have access to and store additional information about your interaction with those services as it relates to your use of the Service. If you initiate these connections, you also understand that we will share information about you that is required to enable your use of the third-party integration through the Service. If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not initiate these connections. By enabling these connections, you authorize us to connect and access the information provided through these connections, and you understand that the privacy policies of these third parties govern such connections.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties might have access to your Personal Data and Customer Data. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We value your trust in providing us your data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
