Colabs Consultoria Ltda. ("We") built the Arivo CRM website at arivo.com.br and related apps (collectively termed "the Service", "our Service", or "this Service") as a commercial software system. This Service is provided by Colabs Consultoria Ltda and is intended for use as is.

This part of the Arivo CRM support web page is used to inform Arivo CRM users regarding our policies on how Arivo CRM accesses, uses, stores, or shares user data.

If you choose to use Arivo CRM, then you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this policy. The user data that we collect is used for providing and improving Arivo CRM. We will not use, share or sell your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1 - Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

1.1 - User-provided information

When you use the Service you may provide, and we may collect Personal Data. Examples of Personal Data include name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and credit card or other billing information. Personal Data also includes other information, such as geographic area or preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. You may provide us with Personal Data in various ways on the Service. For example, when you register for an Account, use the Service, post Client Data, interact with other users of the Service through communication or messaging capabilities, or send us customer service-related requests.

We use Personal Data to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to respond to comments and questions, to provide support to users of the Service, administrative and operational communication and billing.

1.2 - Customer Data

When you register as a new User through our website or app you create a new Group Account, unless you are registering as a new User through invitation by another existing User. Group Account Customer Data is composed of data submitted by its users to our Service, such as contacts, companies, deals, tasks, products, and files.

We only process Customer Data as per our Customer's instructions. We do not own, control or direct the use of Customer Data, and in fact we are largely unaware of what information is being stored on our platform and only access such information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service (including to respond to support requests), as otherwise authorized by Customers or as required by law.

Users that belong to the same Group Account might have access to its Customer Data, depending on that Group Account access configurations. Users with an Administrator Role are responsible for User invitation, revoking access and setting access configurations in their Group Account.

1.3 - Automatically collected data

When a User or Visitor uses the Service, we may automatically record certain information from the User’s or Visitor’s device by using various types of technology, including cookies, “clear gifs" or related technologies. This “automatically collected" information may include IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites visited just before or just after using the Service, the pages or other content the User or Visitor views or interacts with on the Service, and the dates and times of the visit, access, or use of the Service. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding a Visitor or User’s interaction with email messages, such as whether the Visitor or User opens, clicks on, or forwards a message. This information is gathered from all Users and Visitors.

We use this information to: (i) personalize our Service, such as remembering a User’s or Visitor’s information so that the User or Visitor will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (ii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iii) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Service and third-party marketing activities; (iv) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Service.

If you initiate these connections, you also understand that we will share information about you that is required to enable your use of the third-party integration through the Service.
